Shipping policy
When you place your order, you will get a confirmation email. Once the order is packed and ready for shipment (1-2 business days), you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We only ship within the Continental United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Return
MIRADGES Store strives to ensure that all customers are always fully satisfied. Therefore, if the product you receive does not meet your expectations, you can return it. You have 14 calendar days to notify us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase agreement.
You do not need to provide a reason for the return, but we would greatly appreciate it if you do – it will help us improve our store’s operations and better serve you in the future.
How to return a product:
It is best to send the products back in the box in which they were originally packaged. Please remember that the returned item must not be used and must be in its original branded packaging. Be sure to include all order documents, accessories, and any complimentary gifts that were sent along with the purchased items. (You are not required to return gifts and samples if you are only returning individual products and not the entire order.) Ensure that the package is carefully packed so it is not damaged during shipping.
